Overall, the ease of ordering and receiving...processing, shipping and tracking is available along the way. I ordered this wig literally a couple of days ago and received it earlier than indicated. The quality of the hair is amazing, texture is nice and the price is affordable. There are options and no excuse....you will not be disappointed. I wasn't paid to leave this review but wanted you to know that I am a pleased customer and will definitely purchase again....this wasn't my first ride with Nadula but I'll be back :-)
